OLD TOWNE PRESERVATION ASSOCIATION
The OTPA was founded in 1986 by a group of Orange "street fighters" desperate to save the Welch House and three of its neighbors from the Orange Public Library expansion. They were victorious in their efforts with overwhelming support to preserve our sweet Old Towne.
Today, the OTPA works to maintain the historic integrity and economic viability of Old Towne through education, community involvement, and service projects which support the concerns of Orange residents in preserving this neighborhood for future generations!
