At Saiga, they strive towards one simple goal - to be the community’s destination for authentic, delicious Vietnamese dishes. The food is always made from scratch, fresh to order.

Their menu is curated from their own family recipes influenced by Southern California flavors. In addition to well-known Vietnamese staples such as Pho and Banh Mi, we also introduce other classics such as “Bun Thit Nuong” (grilled pork vermicelli) and our family’s take on Crispy Pork Belly “Heo Quay”.
